It waß stated m tbe Victorian Assembly tha other day that m the neighborhood of Melbourne quite recently three children, the eldest of whom was under thirteen years of age, were oharged with larceny, which consisted of stealing some toys to celebrate the birthday of the youngest of the three, and were sentenced to three months' imprisonment, part of which was to be m separate confinement. The statement was reoeived with some incredulity, but it was made by Chief-Secretary Deakui. Certainly the most effeotive medioine m tbe world is SANDER and SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT.
