Lord Charles Beresford has tendered his resignation as one of the Lord Commissioners of the Admiralty, owiog to a technical breach of etiquette m the signalling oi a. private message from the Queen's yacht during the naval review at Spithead. It is not expected that his Lordship's resignation will be accepted.
