No entry will be received except on the condition that all disputes, claims and objections arising ont of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint ; their decision en all points connected with carrying out this programme to be final. 2. Grand National Steeplechase Rule adhered to whon applicable, 8 . A qualified hunter shall mean any horse that has been fairly hunted, at least three times, with any pack of honnds during the season, 1887. Master of Hounds ccrtifical oto be produced at the scales. 4. Fivo per cent \?ill bo deducted from the gross of all moneys payable m accordance with this programme for expenses of the course. 6.
