IRISH CRIMES BILL.
Ten Irish cities, including Dublin, Deny, Belfast, Cork and fourteen additional counties, are proelamed to be under full operation of the provisions of the Irish Crimes Act ; twelve counties have been partially proclaimed, thus comprising the whole, of Ireland except certain portions of County Antrim, (Received July 26, 12.20 p. m,)
