ROYALTY AMONG CONVICTS.
Tha Prlnceaa of Waiea and her brother the Crown Prinos of Denmark, recently paid a visit to the new convlot prison at Wormwood Sgruba. They made a oomplete iuapectlon of the whole establishment, visiting In succesaion the halls, m each of which 350 prisoners are confined In separate eella, the bathß, oookhousa and bakehouse, and the laundry. They then witnessed the parade of the warden before coming on doty, and the assembly of the oonrioti m working patties previous to their moving off to the different works they are engaged m. This prison is intended to replace the prison at Millbank. The latter, which waa built at the beginning of the century, cost £450,000. This prison has been eon* •truoted entirely by convict labor, and wben completed will have cost under £90,000, the aooomod»tlon m both prisons being about the same — namely, about 1050 prisoners.
