IRISH LAND BILL.
London, Jnly ; 22. In the House of Commons last night, Mr Balfour, Chief Secretary for Ireland, announced that Government has decided to amend the Irish Land Bill by admitting the revision for judicial rents, and .dropping- "the bank-. rup(cy clause. Mr Parnell expressed satisfaction with the changes, as the bill would thereby contribute largely to alleviate the troubles m Ireland.
