REVOLVERS USED , [Per Press Association]. Wellington, Jaly 22. The Native repartraaut have received the following telegrams referring to the dispute with Hauham at Waihou : — "Okatahu, July 22. " Having arrived here with Iniipector McGovern and ten constabler^f tbe A.O. force and eleven special constables we propose making a descent upon the fanatics at daylight to-morrow morning. We do ] not anticipate any aerioua trouble. I have issued warrants ogalnßt all the fanatics on the sworn information of WiUJira Henrn, whohasb^n recently grossly assaulted by tl© n. Will wire further to morrow. "H. W.Bish p R,M." This afternoon tha following telegram was received : — " Okaiahu, July 22. * Uuder-Secretai/, Native Office, Wellington . — All the fanatioa were arrested at daylight this morning after very serious fighting. The police were compelled to use their icvolverß to prevent serious loss of life, and one fanatic named Rrnern Rapana ia severl/ w<Q tided. Some of the police have nasty cats and wounds, Tbe men behaved splendidly, We are now proceeding to Kawere, where the wounded will receive every attention. 1 have inatructod the doctor to be m waiting. I will wire fuller particulars from Rawer.c. lam sending thia by messenger from Okaiahu.— H. W. Bishop, R.M., Upper Waihou."
