THE AFGHAN QUESTION.
St. Pktbbsbobo, Jaly 21. It is officially announced that a set* tlement of the Afghan boundary question has been arrived at by the British and Russian Commissioners. It has been decided that Russia shall receive the territory between Kushk and Murghab, north oi Herat, while accepting the frontier on the Oxus as defined by ■ England. Russia further renounces her claims to districts awarded her m 1873. '
