THE BULGARIAN THRONE.
Vienna, July 16. Prince Ferdinand replying to a deputation from Bulgaria, which waited upon him and formally announced his election, expressed himself grateful for the choice of the Sobranje. He said he was anxious to haste to Bulgaria but it was necessary to respect the international treaties relating to that country. He added that he hoped he would merit the confidence of the Porte and regain the sympathies of Russia towards Bulgaria.
