On Saturday, the 9th, previous to the usual weekly horse sale, I offered suburban, Tinwaid properties, and rural land for sale by auction, when the following were sold* viz .-—Lots 31, 32, and 33, fronting Andrew and Clark streets, suburban dig* triot of Allenton, containing each about 1 rood, 2£ perches, the three brought £48 ; lot 266, Tinwaid, corner of Malcom and Annie streets, £9 ; 24 acres, 3 roods, being R.S. 28313, fronting Winchmore road, £3 17s 6d per acre.
