No entry will be received except on the condition tbat all disputes, claims and objoctiona arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint ; their decision en all points connected with carrying out this programme to be final. 2. Grand National Steeplechase Rule adhered to when applicable. 3. A qualified hunter shall mean any horse tbat has been fairly hunted, at least three times, with any pack of hounds during the season, 1887. Master of Hounds certificate to be produced at tbe scales. 4. Five per cent will be deducted from the gross of all moneys payable m accordance with this programme for expenses of the course. 6. All nominations and acceptan:oa to go to tbe funds of the Club. 6. An amateur rider shall be cny person who has never ridden for hire, and who is a member of a lecognlsed Hunt Club. All professional ridcra will require to bo members of come recognised Hunt Club. 7; Seven lbs will be allowed to all amaieura m races to which professional riders are admitted.
