THE IRISH LAND BILL.
Io the House of Commons to-day the Irish Land Bill came up for the second reading on the motion of Mr Balfour, Chief Secretary for Ireland. Mr Campbell Bannerman moved an amendment demanding a revision pf the judical rents for holding?. ; Mr Chamberlain supported the Bill, but expressed a hope that the Government would drop the bankruptcy clauses erabodied in the measure. Thg.debatt was finally adjourned.
