No entry will be received except on the condition that all disputes, claims and obj actions arising ont of the racing Bhall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint j their decision on all points connected with carrying ont this programme to be final. 2. Grand National Steeplechase Rule adhered to when applicable. 3. A qualified hunter Bhall mean any horse that has been ft-irly hunted, at leaßt three times, with any pack of hounds during the season, J BB7. Master of Houndß certificate to be produced at the scales. 4. Five per cent will be deducted from the gross of all moneys payable in accordance with this, programme for expenses of the course. 5. All nominations and acceptan.ee to go to the funds of the Club. 6. An amateur rider shall bo any pereon who has never ridden for hire, and who is a member of a lecognised Hunt Club. AU professional riders will require to be members of some recognised Hunt Clnb. 7. Seven lbs will be allowed to all amateurs in races to which professional riders are admitted. Felling Hack Race excepted. 8. Nominations, accompanied by feeß, name age, description of horse and colors of rider must be in the hands of the Secretary not later than 0 p.m. on WEDNESDAY, 20tb July. 9.
