Sofia, July 10. M. Radoslavoff. President of the Ministry, with alPITie other member*, have resigned m consequence of a cooflit between the Regency and Colonel Nicolaieff and other Ministers. A deputation has left Sofiai to-day formally to announce to Prince Ferdinand his election to the throne.
