CRISIS IN HAWAII.
The populace of Hawaii have displaced the Gibson Ministry from office. Wm. Green has beers appointed Premier. King Kalakaua desired to temporarily vest the powers of the sovereign m the foreign consuls, who declined, advising a prompt change m the Constitution, which Kalakaua agreed to do. The civic troops arrested Gibson and Hayselden. -■-■■■■.
