THE BULGARIAN THRONE.
Prince Alexander has finally declined to return to Bulgaria, thus upsetting the plans which had been formed for his re-election. It is understood that Prince Ferdinand's election to the Bulgarian throne is improbable, and that an unknown candidate is likely to be chosen.
