WAIMATE.
From the old electorate all the country sooth or the Waihoa River, as well v the Hakateramea riding, has been oat off and addtd to the new Waitakl eleotorale The new eleotorate consists of the remainder, together with the country north of Pareora to Saltwater creek near Timaru, and back behind Olaremon*. The boundaries are :— North by Falrlie oreek riding, and by nearly east and west line acroßS Levels riding to Washdyke) on the east by Timaru eleotorate and the sga, and the mouth of the Waihao ; on south and nest by that river to south corner of Fairlie oreek riding near Mount Nimrod, the starting point, The principal plaoea are Waimate town and the settle* ments along the lino of the trunk rail* way.
