« [keoxbr's telegbams— copyright.] London, July 1Reports of the hop crop are very discouraging m most districts. Consols remain at ioi^j. New Zealand securities are unchanged. The total quantity of wheat afloat for the United Kingdom is 1,920,000 or 190,000 quarters more than last week. The wheat afloat for the continental markets is 682,000 quarters. Adelaide wheat ex store is 6d lower, viz., 35s ; Adelaide flour, 6d lower, 24s 6d; New Zealand wheat, lowest qualities 345, best qualities 365. Australian beef tallow, 22s 6d; mutton tallow, 245. New Zealand prime mutton is selling at 3^d to 4d. The total stock of tallow m London is 14,000 casks. At the wool sales to-day 11,800 bales were offered, good competition being manifested for all lots. London, July 2. 'At to-day's wool sales 8500 bales were offered. The market continues firm. Adelaide, July 2. Wheat, 3s nd to 4s; flour, country brands, 5s to 10s ; town brands, £g 10s to j£io.
