FRENCH ROYALISTS.
Many Royalists are flocking to the levee of the Comte de Paris, at Jersey. The Paris press denounces it as a conspiracy. The Comte de Paris, on landing at Jersey, was received with enthusiastic cries of " Vive Ie Roi." It is expected the French Ambassador at London will lodge a complaint against the English Government for allowing the Comte to carry on intrigues and virtually to hold a French Court m a portion of the British dominions, whither his adherents can go and returo daily.
