Mr Forman, of the General Post Office, Sir G. Berry, and Sir S, Samuel leave for Paris and Rome, for the purpose of urgingja reduction m the continental transit rates on Australian mails, on the 7th instant. The AgentsGeneral had a conference 10-day with the Postmaster-General, at which the scope of their mission was fully discussed and decided upon.
