As, however, the defendant admitted that he had not formally not fied the Borrd m writing to take hia name off the roll, judgment was given for plaintiffs. Same v E. White, claim £2 2* 4d rates due;— Mr Purrell for plaintiffs. Judgment for plaintiffs. The Court then rose.
