London. Jan a 24. King Milan of Servia is about to visit Vienna for the benefit of his health. It is expected that he will abdicate, and a revolution* is considered probable. Vienna, June 25 King Milan of Servia has arrived m this city on a formal visit, which is intended to counteract Austrian distrust of the new Servian Cabinet which has been formed under the leadership of M. Ristics, a supporter of Russia.
