LoNDotr, Jane 19. In the House of Commons last ttigbt, at the hour appointed for the enforcement of Mr Smith's motion, that the Committee report on the Irish Crimes Bill, the followers of Mr Parnell left the House. Clause 6 was then adopted by a majority of 169, and Mr Gladstone's supporters, who had taken part m the division, left the House. The remainder of the Bill was adopted without a division, only the Conservatives and the Unionist Liberals being present.
