IRISH CRIMES BILL.
'Lovdov, June 11. In the House of Commons to-day, Mr Smith's motion that a Committee should report on the Crimes Bill by the 17th instant was carried by a majority of 155, The debate was protracted, and the doture was applied to bring it to an end. Mr Gladstone •poke,. and admitted the paralysis of business m the House had caused widespread discontent, but declared that Government were answerable for the atate of affairs.
