Tondon, Jane 8. Consols remain at 101^. New Zealand inscribed stock, 99^. New Zealand wheat, ex store, highest quality, is selling at 375; Adelaide, average quality, ex store, 373.
Australian tallow — Average quality beef, 22s 6d; mutton, 245.
At the wool sales to day 12,600 bales were offered. There was good competition. Scoured wools ruled from J4d to id lower than the closing rates of last auctions.
Dalgety and Company, Limited, have received the following cable message from their head office m London : —
" Wool Sales. — Prices continue fairly maintained, without further change."
