CHRISTCHURCH ITEMS.
Ohbistohuroh, Jane 8. Lit Bay, formerly landlord of the Oust Hotol, was killed by a fall from a horse near Hangiora. It is staled that John Holmes h&B decided to seek a re-election for Ohiiatchurch South. Subscriptions towards the Jubilee Memorial Home at present amount to £500, moßtly raised without canvassing. Systematic canvass is to be commenced at once.
