It bad been admitted to every one concerned, including the Public Trustee, and all Agreed to it. Settlement would be crushed (inlets spmethiDg were done m regard to the present disproportionate rent. The Bill wr<* read a third time and passed, fid the Houea adjourned till 2 30.
