THE FRENCH ARMY.
Fakis, May. 30. / General Boulanger, late Minister of War has issued a farewell order of the day m which he urges upon the army fidelity to the laW and constitution. M. Ferrpw, the new Minister of War, assuming office, lias also issued an order m which he declares his intention of pursuing the same policy of military re* form as was adopted by his predecessors, and further devotes himself to an increase of the defensive force of the country.
