Before sailing from Queenatowu In the Umbra on May Ist fur America Mr William O'Brien, editor of the Dublin "United Irishman," said— "l will speak In the. four prinolpal Canadian cities ; Mon« treal, Quebec, Ottawa, and Toronto. I have no information as to the intention of the Canadian Government. Lord Landsdowne was selected as one of the landlords for oar ylng out the first eviction under the plan of campaign beoause he was supposed to be beyond the range of Irish public opinion.
