THE WINDSOR ACCIDENT.
The enquiry regarding the Windsor railway accident was resumed to-day. The examination of Gedge, the Prahran stationmaster, was concluded. His evidence shows he was unable to arrange his staff as he wished, owing to the interference of his superiors. Blacken* a youth who had charge of the signals at Prahran, was al^o examined.
