FRENCH POLITICS.
London, May 24. Despite the pressure of the French Press M. Grdvy refuses to summon M. Clemenceau to form a Ministry. It is considered that a Ministry formed by M. Floquet would be unstable, and not pleasing to the Russian Government.
Paeis, May "24 Since the resignation of the Ministry, several attempts have been made to form a new Cabinet, but all combinations have proved abortive. M. Floquet consequently has been re-sum-moned by M. Grevy with a view to his again accepting office.
