CONSERVATIVE VICTORY.
Owing to the resignation of Mr Borlase, Gladstonite Liberal, the Parliamentary election for the Saint Austell division of Cornwall, took place to-day, when Sir W. M' Arthur, Conservative, defeated his Liberal opponent by a majority of 211 votes.
