It must lie on a moving surface during its entire passage ; m other words, it must be a positive force feed. 3. The stream must not be divided or cut by paddles or projections on the wheel. The stream must move m all parts with a uniform -velocity whicn must be under the control of the operator. The distributors must, of coursej be all iron.
