A heap of rubbish and tallow was discovered under the mill with a lighted candle enoloeed m a box. There is no clue to the perpetrator. Beform league. The Radical Kef arm League have forwarded to Ministers and|to Sir George Grey resolutions approving of the stand made by the Premier on tbe main principles of the Representation Bill, and urging the Government to retrenoh by reducing the salaries of the Governor and Ministers, and the members' honorarium.
