THE TONGAN AFFAIR.
Melbourne, May 13. News is to hand from Fiji that H.M.S. Diamond returned to Suva on the 30th lilt, with Sir Charles Mitchell, Governor. The enquiry into the state of affairs m Tonga had concluded, and Sir C. Mitchell had obtained assurances that there would be no further prosecutions.
