The Council met at 2 SO p.m, BILLS, Dr Me- zles said he had ascertained that the Pharmacy Board did not oppose the Pharmacy Act Amendment Bill, and he would take «d further action lathe matter. The BUI was then read a second time. The Banks and Bankers Aot Amendment Bill waa read a second time: The Council went into Committee on the Counties .Act Amendment Bill, but reported progress In order to enabla a new clause, which the Colonial Secretary proposed to insert, to be printed.^ The Council adjourned at 245 p.nu *
