No Farmer valuing Clean Seed can ".afford [b 0 go without a * RACINE FAN MILL. ir 7 Practical Farmers hare pronounced it th< Beßt—read TESTIMONIAL below. While it haß capacity to Clean rom 60 tc 90 bushels per hour. i No. 1 FARM MILL Is 2ft Bin over all, and is furnished with one Wheat Hurdle, one Wheat Screen and Grader c with side Bpout, one Barley Sieve, and one Oat t . Bievo. Sieves for other purposes furnished 4. and charged for as extras. * F. FERRIMAN. '» c "m FERRIMAN -would call your attentt _|j » tion to this Improved Farm Fanning 1. Mill, which combines all the advantages of the various Mills now m use, and also the following ') important and greatly needed Improvements: — First. — In the width of the Mill, it being wider than most Farm Mills of similar siz«, ■ thereby increasing the cleaning capacity to a large extent . bECOND. — The improved plan of hanging the shoe upon strong strap-hinged hangers, thus preventing constant breakage. Third. — In the matter of fastening the drum or head to the posts by means of a cast* iron half circle, and secured to the posts by Bcrews (instead of wooden cleats morticed into posts at.d held .. wooden keys), adding increased strength and dv. ability to the Mill. Fourth. — The great a*, 'antage of eaßily i. raising or lowering the slide v Hhe Hopper by means of a Bcrew. The irons are of the most approved pattern, the wheel, pinion, mnd Bhake irons being extra 1 strong. The gearing is all placed on the inside of the Mill, out of the way. The bearing is formed by the hub of the large wheel running m a thimble or box, three inches Ion?, of Chilled Iron, and extending through the poets, giving it a steady and easy motion. <> For cleaning and separating all kinds of grain, we guarantee this Mill to bo equal to, and m face superior, m all respects, to any now m use. The fan with wind boards are so arranged that the wind strikes the hurdle m euch a manner as to blow all foul Btuff and light grain over the hurdle. The side Bpout delivers the No 1 grain at the side, and the No 2 grain at the front of the Mill. The grader can be so adjusted as to separate nnd deliver through the side spout a greater or less portion of the best grain- The wheat screens and grader are so arranged as to effectually take ont cockle from No 1 and No 2 wheat. No Farmer or Dealer should be without one as they are invaluable to all who wish to market thei- seed m gcod condition, and thus save the heavy deductions usually made for impurities ond fonl stuff, and also the extra freight chargcß and ccso of cleaning. They also save time, and by th-2 thorough and complete work which can be accomplished with them, soon repay the cost incurred m their purchase. To Faimc:s raising large quantities of Grain, or Feeds, wo -nould recommend the No 2 Warehouse Mill, as specially adaptod for their use, as t!lo great saving of time wIH compensate for the difference m the first cost. They can ba tvn by hand aB easily as a Farm fcize, although constructed much heavier, and made more durable. Be g aided by the experience of othors and order a "Racine"Mill." You doa'C want a butter record than it has. Head. MADE A SPLENDID JOB. ' ■ I put some bags of wheat^ thiongh last spring, they made a splendid job. I am very much pleased with it, — JOHlf Cameron, Swift Creek, Kelao. < COULD NOT HAVE A BETTER character; I have given the •• Racine " Warehouss Fan Mill a good trial, and it gives every satisfaction. I censider it a fust-rate article. It cleans ard grades grain rapidly and well, is strong, works smoothly, and will, I think, prove durable. It is much superior to ony other machine of the kind I have ever seen.— F. W Mackenzie (the Captain), Pomahuka. BEST MACHINE OF THE KIND I HAVE EVER SEEN. I have tried it with wheat, oats, and turnip seed. I can confidently say that it is all that it claims to be. In fact, it is a Jong way the best machine of the kind I have ever seen. With a larger assortment of riddles, I believe it will dress m a superior manner any kind of seed&. — William Littlejohn, Waiwera. WOULD NOT LIKE TO WANT ONE NOW— NO ONE SHOULD. I can confidently recommend the "Racine" Fanners to do their work well, ana with extreme facility. I would not by any means like to want one now, and I think no farme: Bbould. — David Mackenzie, Waiwera.
