+ [REUTER'S TELEGRAMS — COPYRIGHT.] London, April SJ9. At to-day's sittings of the Imperia Conference the subjects of trademarks,' sugar bounties and other trade questions were considered. The discussion was chiefly carried on by delegates from \ the sugar-producing colonies, and was finally adjourned till Tuesday, when Sir Dillon Bell will propose that the privileges conceded to the Dominion of Canada to negotiate commercialtreaties with foreign States be extended to the colonies of Australasia.
