The Counoil met at 2 30 p.m, BARMAIDS. Mr Rsynolds presented a petition from 167 residents of Napior and 301 of Port Ghaimera against the employment of barmaids. ADDRESS IN REPLY. The addraßs m reply to the Governor's Speech was carried. THE KERMABECS. The Kermadeo Islands Bill was read a cecond time, and the Oounoll adjourned.
