Having saved a little money, a couple of oows were bought, and their product turned to butter. Still studying the rue of economy, their stock was gradually increased, until they had quite sufficient to keep them employed, aud being able to put a good article into tho market, they readily found sile for their butter. Laying aside all the money they possibly could, they were soon able to turn the holding from lease to freehold, and shortly after their holding was aaain increased, and bo tbe tide of prosperity has followed m thtir wake untii they are now two of the principal land owners m this district, and almost on an equal foot ing w.'th their former master.
