(Received April 25, 1 p.m.") Melbourne, April 25. Lady Loch has written a letter to the Mayor of Melbourne suggesting that a Jubilee Fund be formed for the relief 'of women m distress iv this colony. The Mayor m reply has promised his hearty co-operation towards carrying out the suggestion.
