AN IMPORTANT EPISTLE.
The « Times " to day publishes a fee simile letter of Mr Parnell's, dated May 15, 1882, m which the Irish leader explains that the only course that the Nationalist party could pursue was to denounce the Phoenix Park murderers. He expresses regret at the death of Lord Frederick Cavendish, but declares that Mr Burke only got his deserts. The person to whom the letter is addressed is not stated, but it is generally supposed to have been Egan.
