RAILWAY MANAGEMENT.
The Railway Management Bill has been introduced and read a first time m the Assembly. It provides the appointment ot a Board of three Commissioners, the chief of whom shall receive a salary of per annum. The Commissioners hold office during good behavior, and will be empowered to make all appointments to the Railway Department.
