THE AFGHAN FRONTIER.
London, April 13. ' | The British and Russian Governments have arrived at an agreement on principle regarding the Russo-Afgban boundary. Russia's claim to the Oxiis has been allowed. She will compensate the Afghans by a rectification of the frontier. The Anglo-Russian Commission will arrange the details.
