ADVERSE CRITISCISM.

London, April 11. The appointment of Col. King Harnaan (conservative member for the Isle Of Thanet) as Parliamentry Under Secretary of Ireland, is adversely criticised by the press and political circles, it being judged, the appointment will tend to exasperate the Irish people.
