The men are all aaaemblcd, the Wellington, Marlborough and Westland Companies not turning up till laic yeßterdfty afternoon. The Wellington men came by rail, and were 21 hours on the journey arriving about 6 30 p.m. yesterday. They say thoy had no me^van of getting anything at all on the road, and that delays were numerous. They Bpeak anything bat favorably of the arrangements, which are spoken of as execrable. The review takes place on Monday. The town is very lively, as the encampment is only about a mile distant.
