A NEW KNIGHT.
London, April 6. In the House of Commons last night, Sir Bernard Samuelson, on the motion for the second reading of the Irish Crimes Bill, moved the rejection of the measure, on the ground that the increase of disorder m Ireland would endanger the union between that country and Great Britain.
