The Manager of the National Mortgage and Agency Company reports as follows of the local market: — Wheat, 33 xod to 3s zid, with a slightly improved tendency ; barley, 4s $d to 5s 3d, price firmly maintained ; oats, feed sorts, &8d to 2s iod, steady, not an active demand ; oats, milling, 2s nd to 33, with fair demand : New Zealand oats under bond, 23 id, quiet ; ryegrass, 2S 6d to 43, quotations merely nominal.
