OHBIBTOHT7ROH, April 5 Bopreme Coart sentences : — Herman Grotb, houeebreakinp, 12 months hard labor; Charles Morgan, receiving poods fetole%by Gro'h, 12 months probation. True bills have been found against Dr Bussell and Mrs Bowern. Tho case will probably be taken to-morrow. Wkllington, April 6. Sentence was paeo d this morning on 3 prisoners convictad yesterday of larceny. In the cases of William Crossley and Thos. Laweon, the Chief Juatica said there was evldenoe of habitual criminality, particularly m the former where he bad epoot the last 11 years of a short life mostly In gaol. The sentences were fire years penal servitude and 3 years imprisonment respectively. The third prisoner, Reubea Bind described as a remittance man, got 12 m'Oftthr, the Judge remarking that his orhne was an Instance of great Ingratitude. A oharge of arson agalnßt Henry White, of Masterton, \n likely to latt all day,
