t-ONuoNi March 28 The "Journal dea Debats" denies the truth of the reportedFranco-Russian alliance.
Prince Bismarck states that Germany will continue to follow an absolutely pacific policy, and predicts that 1887 will be a year of peace among the nations of Europe. There will be an altered tone m the national feeling, and there is no cause for any anxiety either m the east or west.
